We negotiate at BIG WHOLESALE discounts. We do the research; we analyze it and in order to get the most accurate numbers, we pull comps from MLS data, we use investors and all activity comps and our repair costs are estimated by a Civil Engineer and a General Contractor.
We have the house, now we offer it to our EXCLUSIVE buyers lists before making the deal available on social media and other outlets to other investors. We value our clients and we always give them priority on our deals.
This part of the process is "First Come, First serve" and is done usually within 5 days
